• Exercise to burn calories and increase metabolism---exercising will give air to your body and it is good in the cardiovascular activity.
• Healthy foods – plenty of fiber, fruits, vegetables, quality protein--- eating better promotes healthy and better lifestyle.
• Eating several smaller meals rather than one or more large meals
• Adequate sleep--- get enough sleep to avoid so much stress to you body.
• One or more bowel movements a day
• Approximately 1/2 oz water per pound of body weight per day
The main reason any diet fails is being unable to follow the diet. The biggest reason for not following a diet tips is inability to control your appetite or hunger.
